Picton to Marlborough Winery

We have a lunch reservation at the Allan Scott Bistro at his winery. First we take care of our laundry and then drive thru the wine country to the Allan Scott Bistro.

As we are early for our reservation, we start with the wine tasting. Each of us receives a glass and a credit card. The tasting is fully automated. After you insert the credit card, you choose how much of a taste you want and you are charged accordingly. Marlborough is world famous for its Sauvignon Blancs.

Harvesting is going on right now. Most is done by machine.

Only the premium wines are still hand picked.

We enjoy our lunch together with a glass of our favorite Sauvignon Blanc.
