Auckland to Fiji

We are getting up at the crack of dawn and make our way to the airport. After a three hour flight we land on the beautiful island of Fiji. We are very lucky and quick thru customs and are able to catch the earlier ferry to Plantation Island.

After an hour ride on a catamaran we get to the resort. Everything looks beautiful and inviting.

After a quick orientation to familiarize ourselves where what is, we take a dip in the ocean! Simply awesome.

We end our first day with a delicious dinner. Peter choses a piece of tuna which he has to cook to his liking on a hot volcanic rock.

I myself chose a seafood platter. Everything was delicious.
