Before we get on the road, we take a walk along the cliffs. The surfers are already in water and enjoying the waves.

We decide to follow the coast line south. Sometimes we can see the beautiful beaches, sometimes the road takes us back thru grassland with horses and cows grazing. The beaches on the east coast of Australia are absolutely stunning. And further more, now we can go into the water!!! There are so many beautiful lookouts along the ocean you cannot visit them all. We pick and choose a few.

The most beautiful beach so far is at Bryon Bay. The different blues are so pretty. Also the beach town is cute and does not have the high rises as further north.

After we visit the gorgeous lighthouse we decide to stay and enjoy an afternoon at the beach. We find a campground at the beach. We don't regret it. The water is perfect. Actually it is quite warm. Neither the Atlantic Ocean nor the Caribbean is as warm.
